Pregnancy After Loss Fiona Rogerson Perinatal and Trauma Counselling

After Loss

The journey of pregnancy after loss is like no other… marked by a delicate balance of hope and apprehension, joy and grief. In the wake of a previous loss, whether it be miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss, the prospect of another pregnancy can evoke a myriad of emotions, often leaving individuals feeling vulnerable and uncertain.

It’s this uncertainty that can make it hard to identify what is needed most in a subsequent pregnancy.

Recognising the unique challenges and complexities that come with this journey, “Pregnancy after Loss” offers a practical guide designed to provide clarity to those contemplating or currently navigating pregnancy after loss.

Come inside and I’ll take you through the process that I take many of my clients so that you can unpack your experience, identify your needs, and communicate them clearly.

What You'll Find Inside:

A 4-step practical process to identifying your needs for a subsequent pregnancy after loss.

Tools and templates to reflect on and implement within this process.

Next steps too support you in your healing beyond this process.

Fiona Rogerson Birth Trauma Counsellor

A little about me

Hi, I'm Fiona

I’m a Perinatal and Trauma Counsellor for women who have experienced perinatal and birth trauma, and are weathering its ongoing impacts.

Using my signature RISE Framework around birth and perinatal trauma recovery, I lead a private practice of incredible, dedicated perinatal counsellors where every day we change lives.

As a mother of 3 myself, combined with years working as a birth and postnatal doula, childbirth educator, and now trauma therapist, my mission here is to support women on all sides of the dice… through antenatal education, counselling and therapy, and change within the system that brings them so much harm.
